Center "Doors of Life" is a non-profit organization established to help people in need.

Medical Treatment

In general, many Albanian families in need have major health problems, which come as a result of poor living conditions or lack of basic health controls. Due to high prices, many people can’t afford them. Unfortunately, there are people who have never had a basic blood test or a regular check-up.

Surgical Interventions

The surgical interventions are a very important problem for vulnerable groups of society. Every day we inform about many cases that need specialized medical services. The hospital in Albania finds it almost impossible to realize some surgeries or surgical interventions. The high cost that private hospitals ask for these interventions makes them impossible for a poor family.

First Aid Ambulance

The first aid ambulance is one of the biggest projects. We aim to develop a system where patients can receive first aid at any time, even though they do not have money. The project that we have started to develop consists in creating a network with mobility ambulances, which will be available to families in need, to give them first aid.

Pharmacy

Pharmacy is a project that will be ready in a few months. Looking every day at the challenges that Albanian society is going through, and the problems of poor people, we have designed the pharmacy project, that will be the object of donated medicines, and will provide them to patients in need, under the supervision of a doctor.

“Doors of Life” is foundation in Albania focused in health care help. Our mission is to fight poverty, by community development. This organization has focused its activity on the social integration of the individual into society, going first through the stages of economic, health and psychological support. Organized through a detailed structure, we apply the creation and implementation of humanitarian programs in various dimensions of Albanian society.
