Today on 20.04.2023, the international conference on "Food Safety - A permanent Challenge" was successfully held near the premises of the "Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania.

An initiative of the Center "Doors of Life Albania" in cooperation with the "Agricultural University of Tirana" and "Aldo Moro" University, Bari, Italy.

The conference focused on food security, considering it as a significant ongoing challenge of our society.

During the conference, various scientific research papers in the field of food safety were presented.
