Sot, kemi nderin dhe kënaqësinë të ju prezantojmë me Kryetarin e Bordit të “Doors of Life Albania” :z. Xhevahir Doçaj ‘MSc, - Pedagog, Studiues Shkencor dhe Aktivist i Shoqërisë Civile në nivel Ndërkombëtar.
Ai ka lindur në Bajram Curri, Tropojë poashtu e njohur si “Malësia e Gjakovës”.
Shkollën 9-vjecare e kreu në “Bujan”, ndërsa përfundoi me sukses ciklin e studimeve në Gjimnazin “Asim Vokshi” Tropojë, për të filluar më pas në vitin 2013-te studimet Bachelor në fushën e Ekonomisë, profili Menaxhimi i Turizmit pranë Fakultetit të Ekonomisë & Agrobiznesit, Universiteti Bujqësor i Tiranës. Më pas vazhdoi studimet pasuniversitare, Master i Shkencave në “Menaxhim Agrobiznes” po pranë UBT-së.
Gjatë studimeve të Masterit ka kryer me sukses një pjese të studimeve pranë Universitetit të Shkencave të Jetës të Varshavës në vitin 2017-të nëpërmjet Erasmus + Exchange Programme, në Varshavë, Poloni.
Gjatë kësaj periudhe, Ai ka marr pjesë në mënyrë aktive në dy Konferenca Shkencore Ndërkombëtare të organizuara nga Universiteti i Shkencave të Jetës të Varshavës- WULS në Poloni, ku ka prezantuar punën dhe kërkimet e tij shkencore në Ekonomi & Turizëm. Gjithashtu, ka qenë vullnetar në disa evente të organizuara nga “WULS” për nxënësit e shkollave të mesme në Varshavë me fokus në kulturë dhe arsim.
Pasi përfundoi me sukses studimet e Masterit, filloi punë si Pedagog i ftuar për modulin Menaxhim Turizmi, pranë Fakultetit të Ekonomisë & Agrobiznesit, pranë UBT-së.
Gjitashtu, Ai ka prezantuar e publikuar punën e tij shkencore në fushën e Turizmit dhe Ekonomisë në Konferenën Shkencore Ndërkombëtare në “La Sapienza University of Roma”,Romë, Itali, 2018.
Në vitin 2019-të filloi punë pranë Drejtorisë së “Banka Kombëtare Tregtare” në cilësine e Ass. Specialist në “Departament of Product Liability” në sektorin e bankave të nivelit të dytë.
Xhevahiri, është një aktivist i shoqërisë civile dhe anëtar vullnetar i disa NGO-ve në Shqipëri dhe Gjermani, që kanë në fokus kanë ruajtjen e mjedisit dhe suportimin e zhvillimit të qëndrushëm dhe cështjet më signifikante koherente të shoqërisë sonë. Gjithashtu, ka marr pjesë në disa trajnime brenda dhe jashtë vendit nëpërmjet programit Erasmus+ te financuar nga Bashkimi Europian si në Maqedoni, Bosnje dhe Hercegovine, Serbi, Slloveni, Itali, Poloni dhe Gjermani.
Në Janar të vitit 2022, Ai është zgjedhur “Vice Head for Advocacy” of Quality Mobility Student Exchange within Higher Education pranë “Westeren Balkans Alumni Association, ku vazhon të japë kontributin e tij të mirë-vlerësuar me një vizion strategjik e me prosperitet të lartë për një të ardhme e mundësi më të mira për rininë e vendeve të Ballkanit Perendimor.
Në muajin Gusht 2022, ka filluar realizimin e një kërkimi shkencor në fushën e Ekonomisë dhe Zhvillimit të Qëndrushëm të Turizmit” pranë EuroNatur Stifttung në Radolfzell, Gjermani nëpërmjet programit të DBU-së për kërkimet shkencore në Gjermani.
Një nga prioritetet e tij koherente është thellimi i studimeve të doktoraturës (PhD) në Ekonomi & Politikat për Zhvillimin e Qëndrushëm të Turizmit.
Xhevahiri, është aktivizuar në mënyrë vullnetare pranë Qëndrës “Doors of Life Albania” ku ka dhënë dhe vazhdon të japë kontributin e tij në këtë mision bamirës e fisnik në ndihmë të shtresave të margjinalizuara të shoqerisë sonë si dhe në aktivitete e projekte të tjera në arsim e kulturë të cilat kanë impakt pozitiv në mirëqënien dhe zhvillimin e shoqërisë sonë.
Today, we have the honor and pleasure to present to you the Chairman of the Board of "Doors of Life Albania":Mr. Xhevahir DOÇAJ 'MSc, - Lecturer, Scientific Researcher and Civil Society Activist at the International level.
He was born in Bajram Curri, Tropoja, also known as the "Mountain of Gjakova".
He completed the 9-year school in "Bujan", while he successfully completed the cycle of studies at the "Asim Vokshi" Gymnasium in Tropojë, to then start in 2013 Bachelor studies in the field of economics, Tourism Management profile at the Faculty of of Economics & Agribusiness, Agricultural University of Tirana. Then he continued his postgraduate studies, Master of Science in "Agribusiness Management" at UBT.
During his Master's studies, he successfully completed part of his studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 2017 - in the Internet Erasmus + Exchange Program, in Warsaw, Poland.
During this period, He has actively participated in two International Scientific Conferences of the membership from the University of Life Sciences of Warsaw - WULS in Poland, where he has his scientific analysis and research in Economy & Tourism. Also, he has volunteered in several other events from "WULS" for high school students in Warsaw with a focus on culture and education.
After successfully completing his Master's studies, he started working as a guest lecturer for the Tourism Management module, at the Faculty of Economics & Agribusiness, at UBT.
Furthermore, he has presented and published his scientific work in the field of Tourism and Economy at the International Scientific Conference at "La Sapienza University of Rome", Rome, Italy, 2018.
In 2019, he started working at the Directorate of "National Commercial Bank" in the capacity of Ass. Specialist in the "Department of Product Liability" in the second level banking sector.
Xhevahiri is a civil society activist and a volunteer member of several NGOs in Albania and Germany, which focus on the preservation of the environment and the support of sustainable development and the most significant coherent issues of our society. Also, he participated in several trainings inside and outside the country through the Erasmus+ program funded by the European Union in Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, Poland and Germany.
In January 2022, he was elected "Vice Head for Advocacy" of Quality Mobility Student Exchange within Higher Education at the "Western Balkans Alumni Association", where he continues to give his well-valued contribution with a strategic vision and high prosperity for a future and better opportunities for the youth of the Western Balkan countries.
In the month of August 2022, the realization of a scientific research in the field of Economics and Sustainable Development of Tourism has started at the EuroNatur Stifttung in Radolfzell, Germany through the DBU program for scientific research in Germany.
One of his coherent priorities is the deepening of doctoral studies (PhD) in Economics & Policies for Sustainable Tourism Development.
Xhevahiri has volunteered at the "Doors of Life Albania" Center where he has given and continues to give his contribution to this charitable and noble mission to help the marginalized sections of our society as well as to other activities and projects in education. and culture which have a positive impact on the well-being and development of our society.
